    ABOUT ROCKING K
    1. After decades of planning, in 2021, the Diamond family, Diamond Ventures, Rocking
    K Development, with the support from local public, private and non-profit partners,
    opened the first phase of 811 lots in Rocking K South (RKS).
    2. Rocking K South is 2,044 acres south of Old Spanish Trail, part of the 5,200-acre Pima
    County Master Planned Community which extends north of Old Spanish Trail to
    Saguaro National Park and the base of the Rincon Mountains.
    3. Rocking K is convenient to the region’s southeast major employers with easy access
    to goods and services along the Houghton Rd. corridor.
    4. Rocking K is in the award-winning Vail School District. Current plans are to open a K-8
    school in RKS in July 2025.
    5. RKS offers unprecedented foothills views with average home prices from the mid
    $300K’s to mid $500K’s.
    6. As of April 2024, 575 of the 662 sold homes have closed.
